Export WordPress Links with LinkGather



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the web addresses for all your websites articles in Excel style.

Go and get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

Download LinkGather

When you have installed and activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

How To


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

Click on the Home offering, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to take you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in read more it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL's table, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
